Post-operative Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage promotes faster healing and smoother recovery following cosmetic procedures such as tummy tucks, breast lifts, liposuction, and more. This specialized treatment helps reduce swelling, release excess fluids, prevent fibrosis and scar tissue, and support rehabilitation of the muscle layer—ensuring the best possible recovery. Your first post-op session must always be 90 minutes, allowing the therapist enough time to perform a full assessment and address your body’s specific needs. From this initial session, your therapist will determine whether you should continue with 90-minute treatments or transition to 60 minutes as your healing progresses. Post-op lymphatic massage at Casa Uma can begin two weeks after surgery (or earlier with your doctor’s approval).
