These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for participation in Casa Uma’s Membership Program. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for participation in Casa Uma’s Membership Program. By purchasing amembership, you agree to the following:

Membership is open to all clients of Casa Uma.
Membership becomes active on the date of purchase.

2 // Membership Fees & Payment

Memberships are available as an Annual Membership ($249/year or VIP promotional rate when applicable).
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Annual Memberships renews automatically.

3 // Membership Benefits

As an active member, you’ll enjoy:

Exclusive member pricing on services (see website for current menu).
Unlimited Light Therapy add-ons with any 60- or 90-minute service.
4 Thermo Blanket (30 min) add-ons per membership year (Mon–Fri only, not valid for weekend appointments).
5% off Gift Cards - up to 3 gift card purchases per year.
5% off Permanent Make-Up services.
10% off Spray Tan services.
20% off Esthederm Cosmetics & other retail products.

4 // Service Pricing

Member pricing applies only while your membership is active.
Standard pricing applies once membership expires or if fees are not current.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or special offers.

5 // Booking & Cancellations

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged according to policy and benefits cannot be reallocated.

6 // Add-On Benefits

Light Therapy add-ons are available only when booked with a 60- or 90-minute service.
Thermo Blanket add-ons (4 included annually) can be booked Monday–Friday only and cannot be scheduled forweekend appointments.
Complimentary add-ons have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7 // Exclusions

Membership benefits are not applicable to To-Go Massage services.
Discounts do not apply to gratuities, gift card purchases (beyond the 5% benefit), or outside practitioners.

8 // Non-Transferability

Memberships are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

9 // Changes to Services or Pricing

Casa Uma reserves the right to update its service menu, pricing, or membership benefits. Members will be notified of significant changes.

10 // Membership Cancellation

Annual Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

11 // Expiry of Benefits

Complimentary add-ons must be used during the membership term.
Unused benefits do not carry over into the next year.

12 // General Terms

Casa Uma reserves the right to revoke membership if the program is misused or terms are violated.
All treatments are subject to practitioner availability.
